- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This chapter applies only to a person who manufactures methamphetamine in violation of § 481.112, Health and Safety Code, without regard to whether the person is convicted of the offense.
