(a) The comptroller shall provide support services for the project, including accounting, purchasing, and personnel services. The cost of the services shall be paid from money appropriated to the comptroller.
(b) The comptroller may recover from a state agency or a vendor that uses the system under § 2155.061 the cost of implementation or use of any component of the project.
