- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
The contract between the governmental entity and the construction manager-agent may require the construction manager-agent to provide:
(1) administrative personnel;
(2) equipment necessary to perform duties under this subchapter;
(3) on-site management; and
(4) other services specified in the contract.
