Terms Used In Texas Government Code 403.252
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
This subchapter does not apply to:
(1) state agency funds located completely outside the state treasury;
(2) the petty cash accounts maintained by the Department of State Health Services under § 533.037(d), Health and Safety Code; or
(3) imprest funds kept by enforcement agencies for the purchase of evidence or other enforcement purposes.
