Terms Used In Texas Government Code 422.004
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
Any information, records, or data reported or obtained under a subpoena issued under § 422.003(b):
(1) is confidential; and
(2) may not be disclosed to any other person unless the disclosure is made as part of a criminal case related to those materials.
