- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The network may accept and administer gifts and grants to fund the network from an individual, corporation, trust, or foundation or the federal government, subject to any limitations or conditions imposed by law.
