- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
All information, documents, and data collected by the commission in performing its duties are state property. Subject to the limitations of § 382.041, all commission records are public records open to inspection by any person during regular office hours.
