- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Subject to § 382.0511(c), a person may not operate a federal source unless the person has obtained a federal operating permit from the commission under § 382.0541, 382.0542, or 382.0543.
