Terms Used In Texas Local Government Code 321.024
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
A certificate of appointment executed by the county judge and attested by the county clerk shall be filed with the county clerk. The certificate is conclusive evidence of the proper appointment of the commissioner.
