Terms Used In Texas Occupations Code 102.053
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Section 102.051 does not prohibit:
(1) placement in a newspaper of an advertisement of the person‘s profession, business, or place of business; or
(2) advertisement by handbill and payment for services in distributing the handbill.
