- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A commission merchant shall meet the requirements of this chapter except to the extent that the person‘s business as a commission merchant is regulated by another provision of law.
