- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
The department may solicit and accept gifts, grants, and other donations to fund, administer, and carry out the purposes of the center, except that the department may not solicit or accept a gift, grant, or other donation from a license holder as defined by § 2310.151.
