- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person whose application for a certificate or temporary permit is denied or whose certificate or permit is revoked is ineligible for a certificate or permit under this chapter until the first anniversary of the date of the denial or revocation.
