(a) In this section, “digital asset” has the meaning assigned by Section 2001.002, Estates Code.
(b) A trustee may access digital assets as provided by Chapter 2001, Estates Code.
Terms Used In Texas Property Code 113.031
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
