(a) Not later than the 10th day after the date of receipt of the notice and copy of the complaint under § 301.081(f)(3), a respondent may file an answer to the complaint.
(b) An answer must be:
(1) in writing;
(2) under oath; and
(3) in the form prescribed by the commission.
