Terms Used In Texas Transportation Code 543.001
- Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Any peace officer may arrest without warrant a person found committing a violation of this subtitle.
