Terms Used In Texas Water Code 49.010
- Commission: means the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission. See Texas Water Code 49.001
- District: means any district or authority created by authority of either Sections Texas Water Code 49.001
- Executive director: means the executive director of the commission. See Texas Water Code 49.001
Within 60 days after the date a district is created, the district shall file with the executive director a certified copy of the order or legislative Act creating the district or authorizing its creation, unless the district was created by order of the commission.
