11-51a-201. Limitation.
Nothing in this chapter limits:

(1)	the authority of the state to manage and protect wildlife under Title 23, Wildlife Resources Code of Utah; or

State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

(2)	the power of a municipality under Section 10-8-60.
