Terms Used In Utah Code 17-15-31
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(1)(a) Each county shall register and maintain the county’s registration as a local government entity, in accordance with Section 67-1a-15.
(1)(b) The county clerk shall register and maintain the county’s registration.
