A county recorder shall record for real property, any part of which is located in the county:
Terms Used In Utah Code 17-21-10- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
- Property: includes both real and personal property. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- real property: includes :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.

a judgment affecting the real property; |
| (b) |
a release, assignment, renewal, or extension of a judgment lien affecting the real property; or |
| (c) |
a certified copy of a final judgment or decree partitioning or affecting the title or possession of the real property. |

A document recorded in accordance with this section is subject to the requirements of Section 57-3-106. |
