Terms Used In Utah Code 17-22-22
- Person: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- Process: as used in this chapter includes all writs, warrants, summonses and orders of the courts of justice or judicial officers. See Utah Code 17-22-1
The officer executing process shall then, and at all times subsequent as long as the officer retains it, upon request show the same, with all papers attached, to any interested person.
