26B-1-237. Utah Office of Internal Audit.
The Utah Office of Internal Audit:

(1)	may not be placed within the division;

Executive director: means the executive director of the department appointed under Section 26B-1-203. See Utah Code 26B-1-102

(2)	shall be placed directly under, and report directly to, the executive director of the Department of Health; and

(3)	shall have full access to all records of the division.
