32B-2-308. Drinking while pregnant prevention media and education campaign restricted account.
There is created a restricted account within the General Fund known as the “Drinking While Pregnant Prevention Media and Education Campaign Restricted Account,” which shall consist of:
| (1) | money the Legislature appropriates to the restricted account; and |
| (2) | interest earned on the restricted account. |
