Spa sublicense: means a sublicense:
(124)(a) to a resort license or hotel license; and
(124)(b) that the commission issues in accordance with Chapter 8d, Part 2, Resort Spa Sublicense. See Utah Code 32B-1-102

This part is known as ” Spa Sublicense.”
