- Department: means the Department of Agriculture and Food created in Chapter 2, Administration. See Utah Code 4-1-109
The department is authorized, subject to Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to make and enforce such rules necessary to administer and enforce this chapter.
