As used in this part:

“529 savings account” means the same as that term is defined in Section 35A-9-601. |
| (2) |
“Department” means the Department of Workforce Services created in Section 35A-1-103. |
| (3) |
“Match” means the same as that term is defined in Section 35A-9-601. |
| (4) |
“Qualifying individual” means the same as that term is defined in Section 35A-9-601, except that the term is limited to individuals for whom the department sends information in accordance with Subsection 35A-9-604(3). |
