Terms Used In Utah Code 58-24c-104
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
As used in the compact, with reference to this state, “physical therapy licensing board” or “licensing board” means the physical therapy licensing board created in Section 58-24b-201.
