63A-16-103. Division of Technology Services.

(1)	There is created within the department the Division of Technology Services.

Department: means the Department of Government Operations. See Utah Code 63A-1-103
Division: means the Division of Technology Services. See Utah Code 63A-16-102

(2)	The division has authority to operate as an internal service fund agency as provided in Section 63J-1-410.
