Terms Used In Utah Code 73-18a-5
- Commission: means the Outdoor Adventure Commission. See Utah Code 73-18a-1
- Division: means the Division of Outdoor Recreation. See Utah Code 73-18a-1
- Marine toilet: means any toilet or other receptacle permanently installed on or within any vessel for the purpose of receiving human body waste. See Utah Code 73-18a-1
The division, after notifying the commission, shall establish by rule, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, with approval by the Department of Environmental Quality, as provided in this chapter, standards relating to chemical treatment of marine toilet contents.
