• Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. ^{Source: OCC}
• Customer: means a person that:

  (a)	causes a molder to fabricate, cast, or otherwise make a mold; or

  (b)

  provides a molder with a mold to make a product for the customer. See Utah Code 13-31-102 Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another. Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other. Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases. Lineal descendant: Direct descendant of the same ancestors. Mold: includes a die, form, or pattern. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5 Person: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5 Signature: includes a name, mark, or sign written with the intent to authenticate an instrument or writing. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5 State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5 Statute: A law passed by a legislature. Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
