§ 2808. Fraudulent conveyance of real estate—Application to Superior Court by levying creditors

When an execution has been levied upon real estate as provided in this chapter and any part of the same has been conveyed away or encumbered or is held in fraud of the levying creditor’s rights, he or she may maintain an action in the Superior Court for the satisfaction of his or her execution out of the real estate so conveyed or held, by a sale thereof, or otherwise, under the order of such court.
