- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
§ 108. Employment of agents and employees
They may appoint and employ from time to time agents and employees as they may deem necessary for the efficient administration and conduct of the library and all the affairs of such corporation.
