§ 3207e. Refusal to submit to test

If the person refuses to submit to an evidentiary test it shall not be given, but the refusal may be introduced as evidence in a criminal proceeding. (Added 1993, No. 234 (Adj. Sess.), § 11, eff. Nov. 1, 1994.)
