§ 1743. Medicaid reimbursement

The Secretary of Human Services shall provide reimbursement under Title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act and 33 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 19 that recognizes reasonable cost differences between services provided by physicians and those provided by physician assistants under this chapter.
