  • Fees: shall mean earnings due for official services, aside from salaries or per diem compensation. See
  • following: when used by way of reference to a section of the law shall mean the next preceding or following section. See
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States may apply to the District of Columbia and any territory and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. See

§ 3270a. Fees

Applicants and persons regulated under this chapter shall pay the following fees:

(1) Application for licensure $175.00

    § 3270a. Fees

    (a) Applicants and persons regulated under this chapter shall pay the following fees:

    (1) Application for licensure $150.00

    (2) Biennial renewal $200.00

    (b) A licensee of a remote state under the Counseling Compact established in subchapter 2 of this chapter shall pay a biennial $50.00 privilege to practice fee. (Added 1997, No. 155 (Adj.
