Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 32 Sec. 4877

  • Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
  • real estate: shall include lands, tenements, and hereditaments and all rights thereto and interests therein, and pews or slips in places of public worship shall be treated as real estate. See

§ 4877. Lien on real estate

The provisions of section 5061 of this title relating to tax liens on real estate shall apply to all taxes legally assessed and to be collected under the foregoing provisions of this article.
