  • Fees: shall mean earnings due for official services, aside from salaries or per diem compensation. See
  • seal: shall include an impression of the official seal made upon paper alone or by means of a wafer or wax affixed thereto. See

§ 53. Copies

The Secretary shall make copies of records in his or her office, attested under his or her seal, for the fees provided by law, and full faith and credit shall be given to such copies.
