- Board of Liquor and Lottery: means the board of control appointed under the provisions of chapter 5 of this title. See
- Town: shall include city and wards or precincts therein; "selectboard members" and "board of civil authority" shall extend to and include the mayor and aldermen of cities; "trustees" shall extend to and include bailiffs of incorporated villages; and the laws applicable to the inhabitants and officers of towns shall be applicable to the inhabitants and similar officers of all municipal corporations. § 162. Report
After any annual town meeting in which a town votes on the questions set forth in section 161 of this title, the town clerk shall report promptly the results of the vote to the Board of Liquor and Lottery, upon forms furnished by the Board.
