When full payment for real property agreed to be sold as authorized by RCW 47.12.283 has been received, the secretary of transportation shall execute the deed which shall be duly acknowledged and deliver it to the grantee.

- Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
- Secretary: means the secretary of transportation as provided for in RCW 47. See Washington Code 47.01.021
