- Administer: means to directly apply an epinephrine auto-injector to the body of an individual. See West Virginia Code 16-50-1
- Department: means the Department of Health and Human Resources. See West Virginia Code 16-50-1
(1) Propose legislative rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, necessary to administer this article; and
(2) Conduct and approve education training programs.
