(a) This article shall be liberally construed with regard to successors.
Terms Used In West Virginia Code 55-7I-7
- Successor: means a corporation that assumes or incurs, or has assumed or incurred, successor asbestos-related liabilities. See West Virginia Code 55-7I-2
(b) This article applies to all asbestos claims filed against a successor on or after the effective date of this article.
