Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 114.27
- Person: means any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, company, association, joint stock association or body politic; and includes any trustee, receiver, assignee or other similar representative thereof. See Wisconsin Statutes 114.002
Except as provided in ss. 114.103 and 114.40, any person failing to comply with the requirements or violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days or both.
