Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 70.045
- Property: includes real and personal property. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Town: may be construed to include cities, villages, wards or districts. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Village: means incorporated village. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
Except as provided in s. 70.114 (1) (e), in this chapter, “taxation district” means a town, village or city in which general property taxes are levied and collected.
