- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
To the extent there is no conflict of interest between a holder of a general power of appointment and a person represented with respect to the particular question or dispute, the holder may represent and bind the person whose interests, as a permissible appointee, a taker in default, or otherwise, are subject to the power.
