- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Prosecute: To charge someone with a crime. A prosecutor tries a criminal case on behalf of the government.
Any person interested in any investment under this chapter may, with the leave of the court, prosecute an action to enforce the same in the name of the clerk.
