Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 851.03
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Property: includes real and personal property. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
“Beneficiary” means any person nominated in a will to receive an interest in property other than in a fiduciary capacity.
