harles W. Wexler is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. He holds a Diploma from the Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law at Columbia University. He is admitted to practice law in Texas, New York and Michigan. Mr. Wexler was Special Assistant to the Attorney General of Michigan.
Mr. Wexler was a partner in a Detroit law firm before joining the Legal Department of Chrysler Corporation, where he concentrated on litigation. He defended Chrysler in trial and appellate courts in Michigan. This litigation involved franchise terminations and successful defense of Dealer Day in Court matters where violations of federal antitrust statutes were alleged. Mr. Wexler defended suits charging personal injuries and property damage caused by emissions from plants. He has tried wrongful termination cases.
Mr. Wexler was elected Assistant Secretary of Consolidated Edison Company of New York in 1970 where he served until joining Exxon in 1973 as Corporate Counsel in Marketing, Refining and Production functions. He was elected a Director, Secretary and Counsel of the Exxon Gas System, Inc. and later joined Esso Eastern, Inc. handling financing for international joint ventures in the electric power generating business.
He entered private practice in Houston, representing clients in the petroleum and communications industries. This practice has also involved commercial real estate transactions and trials, and appellate litigation. The firm practices Probate, Guardianship, Elder and Family Law.
Mr. Wexler has practiced before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been a speaker at meetings of the Michigan State Bar and the National Bar Association, and has been active in committees of the State Bar of Texas.

During his tenure, he handled numerous felony jury trials and gained valuable experience.
Transitioning from public service, Mr. Suzuki assumed the role of Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Arizona. In this capacity, he managed federal felony cases across Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona, and conducted several Federal jury trials. This diverse experience equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of criminal law, which he now applies to his criminal defense practice.
A respected member of the legal community, Mr. Suzuki is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Foundation, where he served as a Trustee.
