Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 26:4-9
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Whenever an epidemic shall occur in an institution maintained in whole or in part by the state, the state department shall immediately take all necessary measures to check and control the epidemic.
