Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 27:23-5.11
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The authority shall cause to be published notice of such hearing at least 10 days prior to such hearing in at least 10 newspapers with a daily circulation in this State.
