Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 58:10A-34
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the department’s authority to respond to, or remove or clean up, a discharge pursuant to the provisions of any other State or federal law.
